In the last three years, I sold 30 homes throughout the Worcester County area and received the ERA Key Circle of Honor award in 2016 and was nominated for REALTOR® of the Year in 2011 and REALTOR® Choice in 2014.
My goal is to be your real estate consultant for life. I want to share my knowledge, expertise, and experience, provide un-paralleled service, and be your trusted guide for all your real estate needs. I will help you through all the situations you encounter when buying or selling a property. I serve anyone looking to buy or sell real estate from young to old, with families or without, local residents or those relocating to our beautiful area.
Real estate changes lives. While most real estate transactions end at the closing table, I strive to continue a relationship with my past clients and enjoy visiting them in their new homes.
I offer full seller representation and advocacy, unparalleled marketing exposure, professional market analysis, and detailed transaction management. As a seller’s agent, I specialize in selling homes in your area including determining the right price to list your home, qualifying buyers, negotiating selling price, legal fees, advertising, paperwork, and complete follow-up with prospective buyers.
As your buyer’s representative, I will be your trusted guide to help you make good decisions and minimize risks during the buying process. I will work with you to find the right property for you, while guiding you through the process, securing the best deal, protecting your interests, and safeguarding confidential information.
Seeing my clients settled into their new homes and staying in touch with them is something I truly enjoy.
I am member of the Central Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® and the Worcester Chamber of Commerce. I am also a member of the West Brookfield Lake Wickaboag Preservation Association.
In addition to my real estate business, my husband and I also run the Central Mass Lyme Foundation. It was formed in memory of my Mom, Jeanne Cloutier, who passed from complications with late stage Lyme disease. Our mission is to raise awareness through advocacy and education, and provide resources and guidance that empower and help improve the quality of life of those that are suffering.
